As a community platform, GoodUnityRC primarily deals in digital memberships and event ticketing.

Event Tickets

Refunds for events organized by GoodUnityRC must be requested at least 48 hours prior to the event start time. For third-party events listed on our site, please contact the specific organizer regarding their refund policy.

Premium Memberships

If you purchase a premium account upgrade, you have 14 days to request a full refund, provided you have not utilized any exclusive perks (such as premium tournament entry).

Merchandise

Physical merchandise returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
